What can I expect from a coaching session?
Each 45 session provides a welcoming, safe container where we can work together to help you make empowered, well-informed decisions. We'll talk through your goals, challenges, and progress and you'll be supported by a coach who can intuitively guide you to your most inspired life using both grounded practical solutions and intuitively guided next steps provided exclusively for you. You will walk away from each session with clearly defined next steps and a unique divinely guided plan to move the needle towards your success.
How long will it take to see results?
Coaching is unique for each client. Some people are ready to rock and roll from their first session. They take the possibilities that are presented in the coaching session (which are broken into actionable steps) and they race forward becoming unstoppable towards their dreams and desires. Your results will depend on how quickly you take action. And if you are the thing that is holding you back, your coach can work with you to transform your behaviors and limiting beliefs.

Come to your session with questions and challenges and we'll work through them together, so nothing is standing in your way of success!
Do I need to prepare anything before my first session?
