What can I expect from a coaching session?
Each session provides a welcoming, safe container where we can work together to help you make empowered, well-informed decisions. We'll talk through your goals, challenges, and progress and you'll be supported by a coach who can intuitively guide you to your most inspired life using both grounded practical solutions and intuitively guided next steps provided exclusively for you.
How long does a typical coaching engagement last?
Coaching is all about what works best for you, so each session is tailored to your unique goals and needs. Most clients start feeling better after the first few sessions with meaningful progress for Leadership Coaching within 3 to 6 months and Transformation within 9 mos. to 2 years. Of course this will depend on how quickly you take action and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you and your journey.
Do I need to prepare anything before my first session?
Give some thought to what you'd like to walk away with at the end of our time together and what your vision is for yourself or your business in the next 0-24 months. With that said, no formal preparation is necessary. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to explore your potential.
